I thought I should post this here. I know that most of you guys know a goods deal when ya see one. I've had this on Craigs list for the winter but now that its spring its time to get serious. In reading the ad it sounds a bit harsh but some times CL is full of strokes and the 2 folks that actually showed up after going 50 miles up there had some baggage. There is no beach, everyone goes to the sand bar and beaches there. Its located at BJ's campground on the west side of Clearwater Lake located 1 hour west of the twin cities near the town of Annanale if you want to drive by for a look see its the one with the for sale sign. $16,000 is a fair price for a clean Large Living area, a lot with lake view, is 100 ft or so from the lake and has lots of room and amenities as well as being one of the best walleye lakes in the western metro outer area. The season is almost here get it while the price is low. It will go up in the spring. Super Great Fishing lake and a park owner who cares as well as one of the biggest trailer set ups in the park with one of the best and shadiest spots.
This weekend get away is located on beautiful Clearwater lake in Annandale, Mn 1 hour west of the cities. Its a fantastic walleye lake and crappies are big too as well as HUGE bass & northern. Great fishing Lake!!
