24 1/2 feet long with a lot of storage, sleeps up to 7, bunks in rear, couch pulls out into queen bed in front, bunk above front couch and then the table folds down into a double bed, full bath, full length awning, roof air, antennea with booster, gas/electric fridge with freezer, four burner gas stove, range hood, microwave, gas hotwater heater, gas furnace, vinyl flooring for easy cleanup of hunters and kids, newer tires, and scissor stabilizer jacks on all four corners. Also included are two 20 LBS LP tanks, toaster, toaster oven, television and VCR.
This travel trailer has been used the last three years as a hunting cabin. To my knowledge it has never been smoked in. It is in excellent condition with no leaks or mice. It has been well talken care of.
