I've got a Cabela's Outfitter Series 16' Ladder Tower w/ Bench Seat, that includes the Ladder Tower Roof.

These are Cabela's item #'s:
Ladder Stand = XH-418168 Retails $279.99
Tower Roof = XH-416277 Retails $79.99
Total price new is right at $360 not including tax, I'm willing to let the whole works go for $250. This stand is still advertised in Cabela's catalog and is rock solid in the tree and very comfortable to hunt out of.
I've got all the hardware as well as the full-body safety harness (new in bag).
I've used the stand for 2 deer seasons and it didn't get used this last season as I switched hunting areas and putting the ladder out is not feasible there. So its been sitting in the garage for awhile.
The stand is basically brand new, some nicks and scratches, and some surface rust on the nuts and bolts which is expected. Its pretty much brand new as it has sat up against the tree for 4 weeks during the last 3 years. Stored inside otherwise.
