This Stand is basically brand new. I picked this up from a buddy a few years ago and it's only been used once or twice at best. Not sure on the brand but it appears to be a Summit of some kind. It actually is the sitting type where you kind of hang in the cloth seating rather than sitting on a plate/board. As you can see it's in great shape.
