OK electronic junkies...I just came across gps receiver for my Lowrance LCX15MT. Which Lakemaster chip can be used? Will a 2007 work or the new 2008? I know I won’t see color.

the way that i understand it, any lakemaster chip will work in that unit..........tom fellegy

Make sure your X-15 has the latest updates from the Lowrance site and you should be good to go!

You should be OK with either year, as I run this unit with the lakemasters and have no problems.
