I want to say THANK YOU to EVERYONE who helped with the ARM Event this year. Your being there made a difference in peoples lives. Not only the littles but also the bigs. Some of them don't get to fish much either. We had a very nice turn out this year. I apoligize to those of you who didn't have a big/little to take fishing after you took time off of work and came to the event. Only wish the Wisconsin kids and their bigs could of made it. I won't know exactly what happened for awhile yet but my guess is that the heat temps was the reason they chose not to show. Their contact person, Steve Green, is the person they would of called and Steve, due to previous plans was out of town so the phone call wouldn't of reached him so with him not knowing he couldn't of been able to call us either. Steve won't know of their not showing until he returns home from his vacation. Even though it was hot people who don't get on the water much only know of the ''in town'' heat. They don't know about what wearing sunscreen can do, about the cool breeze that is felt ''on the water'' and ''by the water'' and how eating in the shade with a breeze coming off the water can help keep you cooler. When on the water if you get hot ''air conditioning'' is at your fingertips by taking a short ride or trolling faster to feel the breeze. These things along with a cooler full of cold water and gatorade can help. Gatoraid restores electrolites which helps greatly while water keeps you from getting dehydrated. Again THANK YOU ALL for helping out this year. It was VERY nice meeting people, making new friends and seeing old friends again. THANKS. Thanks, Bill
