Went to Chetek on Friday to open my camper and had a chance to fish with a friend. We were out for about an hour and a half and caught 85-100 very nice crappies. They were all running 9 1/2 - 11 inches. Looks like it is going to be a good year. We didn't keep a one so they are all there waiting to be caught again.

Thats the time of the year when things start to get tuff and the water gets green. That time last year I found them suspended in deeper water and on the flats. My favorite time of year is now when they are in the brush piles.
