I was on pool 5 today with the girlfriend. I had been to this one particular spot 2 other times and hooked into a good fish but never got it to the boat. I had to give it a try today, and after about 20 minutes i had a big fish on for only a few seconds. about 20 more minutes later the girlfriend was jigging and connected with this beauty. I suspect this was the same fish i had connected with before but could not land. leave it to the woman to show me up!  It gave her a battle for about 8 minutes, but she ended up the victor. after getting it to the boat, the little kitty (the fish) left us a nice present on the floor of the boat. say brian, is that stuff good for cold sores?

Channel cat don't produce the same quality stuff that flatheads do...so no matter what sores you put that stuff on...all it does is stink.

about the gloves... She didnt care for all the fecal matter that this cat proceeded to spew all over, so she chose the gloves. however, to prove she is tough, this is her with a fish 4 times bigger...and no gloves
also... brian, you might just want to be a little kinder to nurses...you are getting up there in age and by my calculations, you could be needing one real soon.
