I was wondering about the catch and release season of trout in Wisconsin if gulp was considered a lure so I could target some of the less desired species in a trout stream this time of year. I do go for trout on occasion but really like redhorse fishing and it is tough with lures. I want to try it out but can't seem to figure out if it is considered a lure or bait.
