rain effect

What will the rain do to the trout fishing this week? Anyone have any opinions on being effective fishing flooded or dirty streams? Can a person be succesful on opener after we get rains like we do and how? thanks

Rush Creek through and around the Rushford area is at least 4' high now. I did not see anyone out and about today and I was getting the new boat ready so I did not make it out either. Maybe tomorrow but I would guess the fishing will be tough.

Good luck and post something if you get out, I am curious to see how the fish have done since the August floods.

I was catching fish under a week after the August floods. The hatches have been fantastic this spring, and yes, the trout are still swimming in the streams.
