Why doesn’t the Forgot Your Password option on the log in screen work??? One of my buddies that hasn’t signed in for a while is trying to get his password reset and it never sends him the email like it says it is??????? Just letting you guys now that something isnt working right there!! Thanks
I don't think it is. Last week after deleting cookies I had a heck of a time getting/finding my password. I sent out for a temporary password from both my email addy's. Neither recieved a reply, I tried twice with each addy.
I finally had to dig through my deleted trash bin to find the old email/password from way back. Still havn't gotten those requests for password emails??

Typically the issue, particularly with older accounts, is that the email of record is no longer valid. Meaning you registered with email account x and changed to email account y. Our system will send temp passwords to account x until that info is updated.
Or your ISP is blocking that type of auto-generated email.
Or it is going into a SPAM folder.
That type of system is far for fool-proof. It does work. There's just a lot of pitfalls out their to snag that outgoing email.

James, I talk to him tonight to see if he got on and he said that he sent an email at 3:30 and hasn't gotten anything back??? I'm not trying to make this a big deal just helping him out and making sure something isn't set up wrong on the website
