Understood Dan. However, on smallish, low cost items, you'll probably end up paying for shipping one way or another. Even with Jolly Ann, we have to consider shipping into the cost. You figure on a $25 part, the margin is only going to be $5 to $10. If Company "A" has to spend $5 to $7 to package and ship it, they're going to have to pass that on to the customer, whether they put it into the price of the product, or they add it on as shipping and handling. There's just no financial incentive for them to pay for shipping to sell an item that if they can't make a reasonable profit.
Now, taxes... we all hate taxes!
