Hi all! just wondering which lakes in crow wing county are the best for crappie and gills at the moment. We're going to be there for a week long fishing trip and would like to make the most of it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Not sure about specific lakes, but just about any backwater, creeks, or shallow back bays should be loaded with fish right now. Look shallow, under docks, new lillys, weed edges, or find wood and you should have some good fishing. Minnows and small plastics have been good. Good luck
