Havent seen any reports lately on sherman so I wanted to post this, my wife had a company fishing tournament saturday, there were 37 teams entered, first place had 40.7 lbs of fish with one 12 lb northern and the rest were crappie, second place had 30 lbs crappie, I think third place was around 22 lbs, there was alot of crappie caught in the trees. We caught 2 nice walleyes and 5 white bass while trolling with #5 shad raps, it was a nice day to get out and go fishing

Great, was this the Chief tournament? I haven't been to the lake for a while because of all of the storms. Might have to head up there tomorrow for a short fishing trip.

Your welcome, it was the Chief tourney, Zach are the whites still hitting at harlan, I was thinking about going there this weekend, mabey I might try sherman again instead for the whites and crappie.

The whites are thick at Harlan and the 14"-15" year class is super healthy  We didn't spend any time on them last weekend as we really keyed in on trying to catch a freak'n walleye and we still caught them. In fact, on Friday we came onto a school that was running shad onto the shore

I had hoped to get into it but a wedding got in our way, maybe next year.
