Couple of Super Mille Lacs Smallies

Thought I'd add a few pics on here from Monday on Mille Lacs.
Not a high numbers day, but some excellent wide body fish.

These fish are 18 and 19 inches, the last photo Smallmouth went 20 1/8 inches.

Sure are Excellent healthy strong fish.
I hope to be able to write a Report tomorrow.

Hey Jack, those are some dandy's!!

Jigs or top water baits? I'll be out fishing for some of them big smallies in just a few minutes...the weather looks great for bass this am, calm winds and sunny sky's

It was mainly a combination of jerkbaits, senko's (4"), and jig w/craw body. rock reefs and edges.

The Gamehide is always in the boat, Jack.

We get in on Sunday but we've got all week to fish. I plan on bringing the warm weather and blue skies with me from "down south"!
