Anyone tell me any info on this lake?? The only thing I know is, it is a 2 hour float plane ride from Duluth and it is 20 mile long Brennan Lake in Ontario. Any tips or info would be appreciated. Possibly heading there the last week of August!
Hey Rip - I just got back from there in June... Here is one pic of 47" Northern. Thats what I would target if I were you. Are you going through Rusty's or are you going with a "Client" There are only two fly-in people on the lake. Look for the best walleyes near the rivers that flow in. Tough to get pigs but plenty of them. Use plastics, will help keep some of the smaller fish off and you will get chapped hands scooping minnow after minnow.
Your going to love the accomodations if your with API!!! 5 star resort in the middle of nowhere! We got some big walleyes from a seperate fly-in lake but Brennan was tough to get through the schools of eaters. If your going to Wildnerness say hi to "logger" for me.
