Was on vacation there last week for the second year. This is a great all around lake! Caught plenty of nice sunnies, crappies and rockies, most being in or on the weedlines in 7-13 ft of water. The bass and northerns were also on those weedlines and caught with just about everything. Trolling shad raps became a favorite for my whole family. Following the weedline in 12- 15 ft produced plenty of action on both the northern and bass and we even landed some walleyes up to 24". I have never caught as many bass trolling as I did on this lake, nothing huge, maybe 18", but it's sure fun getting hit then instantly having the fish jump way behind the boat! Great lake for kids, my daughter caught so many sunnies my hand is a wreck. Can't wait till next year! Dream'n
