our cabin "The Duck Inn" is just to the west of those lakes, i was born and raised there;
we were talking to the relatives this weekend and there was a good bite on both lakes for eyes and crappie but they were running a little on the small side yet;
ice was 12 inches, atv only but look out for the springs and always flowing current wre they said it dropped to 3-6 inches
