My friend Travus has a litter of Golden Retriever pups right now. I don't remember their age but you can give him a call on his cell at 612-388-2850. I think he has a started retriever as well.

Here you go. Rolling Oaks is fantastic and the dogs are even better. We have a 3 year old and reffered 2 others since then. All three dogs are absolutely amasing! The blood lines are clean and documented and Barb doesn't over breed the girls. When the sad day comes Barb will recieve our buisness again. If your looking for a pup sooner than later I would call them. The last time I check they were 1 to 2 beedings out for new clients.

My brother just picked up a pup from a breeder in Winona that within a few days had her retrieving a rolled up sock. I'll check with him on a name and number. This pup too was for his wife.

We have a golden and they are great dogs! My son mauls her and she just takes it. They are very people oriented and love to be with the family. We also taught her to retrieve underwater. She loves rides, is respectful in the house and we got her at 7 weeks old. Hard to believe that little puppy grew up to such a large dog. LOL I hope you find a great dog. Enjoy!
Take a look at the kennel "chriss" referenced. He has a very nice golden. I've seen it work a few times, it does a nice job...just a nice, well mannered dog!

They're more field/hunting oriented, but still have the golden attitude and temperment. Awesome dogs. Mine is maybe a little high strung for a golden, but he's extremely bright and a super hunting dog. (and not at all like a high strung lab)
My second dog is a 1-yr old black lab. She's calm compared with the golden at age 1. The golden is now 4 yrs old and has calmed down a lot. The black lab is pretty calm until she gets around other people/dogs. Then she is "off the charts".
