swim jigs in fall

Will be heading to mississippi in lacrosse end of sept to 1st week in oct.Could anybody help me out on baits and colors. I like to use swim jigs, toads, spooks anybody help me out on colors and if these baits will work or any other baits that are good. also what to look for out on the water . Thanks Jedd

Crankbaits, buzzbaits, and swim jigs work too. Oh, and spinnerbaits.

And if it gets really cold quick, slow plastics on the bottom.
