i agree, but we would be a stronger nation if the goverment kept it's nose out of it and lets the banks fail.

Gas should be cheap for a little while at least . OPEC has called for an emergency meeting, seems they are concerned gas prices are getting too low for their liking.
Speculation drives the price in both directions. So the cursed speculators are driving the price down based on what they see. Just like they drive it up based on what they see.
