Dave Barber here... After years of no issues, last night I came to IDO and got a message that my password had been changed. I had not changed my password and don't know why I received this. The link for posting help issues annonymously does not work, so I had to create this second profile to post this question. Any help? or have I been banned? the email password function does not work either...

Well... maybe. But does any management or staff have something helpful to offer? Seems strange that earlier in the day I had no problems... and all of a sudden my password was changed... and the password I used does not work.

Any staff members gonna help a guy out here? What happened to my other profile? Why was my password changed? Any help on getting it reset so I can log in?

Enter the info on the log on screen for "Forgot Password". We will ship you a new one.
James and Dave are working on the server probs right now, so it may be a while to get a response. Just hang on.

I don't know about anyone else but I could not even pull up IDO yesterday. I tried on my laptop and on my Blackberry. Every time I tried the attempt errored out and said that the page was unavailable. I'm assuming that the site was down for maintenace? I don't know, I'm just glad that everything seems to be working today. I needed my IDO fix!! HAHA

I have tried that... but no email comes to any of the email addy's I have. There have been a couple I have gotten rid of, but I wouldn't think those would be what I registered here with.
