Is there a master list of the different titles used for members and a description of what they mean or how to become one. Such as: IDO Field Staff, IDO Pro Staff, Reporter, Site Guardian - Gold, IDO Management Team, Site Supporter - Bronze and I'm sure there are many others. I guess I'm just curious of the significance.

There is an organizational process that determines who fills these roles...and much more
Here is some info but I am not the "expert" on all of this.
Site Guardians are those who donate monetary gifts to help perpetuate the website.. Gold being the highest
Reporters are fairly new positons, but generally are those who report on fishing conditions/events in their area.
Field Staffers cover a certain geographic area and provide regular fishing reports, are expected to be online as much as possible to respond to questions, and generally keep the forums active with the sharing of information, events and current fishing conditions.
Pro Staffers do all the above plus have a high level of expertise, be available for shows, seminars etc...to promote IDO and also our sponsors. Many are fishing Pros and/or Guides but that is not a requirement. They are nominated by a comittee for a Pro Staff postion.
Administrators are just that...they run the website...
These positions are dynamic and can change from year to year. Since 2001 I have been a Pro Staffer, Site Guardian Gold, and Field Staffer
I'll let another staffer fill in the blanks for I'm sure I left some...
