First off I would like to thank whoever it may be who got this Area up and running. This area definitely needed it's own area forum with the lakes in the area.
As for fishing - Stella and Washington have been slow to say the least for walleyes and the ones that are being caught are small for the most part. There has however been some really nice bass being caught on both bodies of water.
Stahls is like the dead sea and any that are being caught aren't worth keeping. Yet shockingly some do.
Marion I guess have been getting some eyes.
I am waiting to hear any reports from Ripley, Erie, Belle, and Collinwood.

I took my sister, her two kids(ages 8&10), my son(5), and my sis's boyfriend out on Stahl's on Sunday. They don't fish as they live in England and were just visiting, but she wanted to go so I happliy took them ! We chased some panfish and hit the usual spots with no success. I moved to NW end and found some sunfish and crappies on a sharp break and we had a blast catching small to medium sunnies with the occassional 8"-9" crappie. We used Rat Finkes with pieces of leech or Power Bait under a bobber in a about 3-4 fow. The front of the boat was in 9 fow and the wind would both the back into 3 fow. My son made me proud as he caught more fish than anybody including a "toad" of a bullhead! It was almost 15 inches long and ugly as sin , but my son was excited. Heading to Mille Lacs for the week starting Saturday and can't wait! Good Luck! 690reece
