Any one been out lately?
Coming up tomorrow and just wondering if the bite is still going strong on the gravel and flats. Looks to be a beautiful weekend with winds under 10 mph. Just wonder how the fishing has been lately and how the bugs are on the lake.

We've only talked with two boats that are in from the lake today. Both fished the flats and caught a few. One boat had 5 keepers and 9 "others". They used crawlers on Lindy's. The other boat had 2 keepers and 4 throw-backs. They couldn't get them on the flats so they fished for an hour on the way in, in 23-24' off the Knox Point rocks with spinners and crawlers and got all their fish in an hour. No bugs on the lake today that they spoke of. After dark will be a different bug story.
