Try pronouncing the name of this fish. The name comes from the country of India and has been widely distributed in SE Asia. Today I connected with a nice fish. I would guess somewhere in the 4-5 lb. neighborhood. The interesting thing about it is that it appears to be a little tubed up like our suckers get when they are spawning.

I also have to mention a new Lifelister. He was not impressive in size but I have never caught them before, the Striped Snakehead.

Not too often you see posts here from Asia!

To all that read these posts and enjoy them I am sending out a care package to Mike at the end of this month and anyone who wants to send a little something over there let me know. There are a few of us that know Mike(CastAndBlast) well and send him things such as the latest magazine or things that are hard for him to find such as small split shot. I don't expect anyone to send things but I know many of you love to see these post and may want to contribute a little something.
