02 700 Sportsman Tune Up

#813552 - 08/23/09 04:25 PM

I am wondering if there is anyone in the east or southeast metro that can do a thorough tune up on a 4-wheeler and also check all the lines and such for leaks? Any suggestions?

There's a Harley shop down in New Port called Extreme Custom Choppers. The guys name is Ron Sullivan. He used to drag race motorcycles, so he knows engines. I just bought an atv this year that had some carb issues. I watched him pull carb apart and do his thing, put it back on the machine and it ran perfect.

Head down to Cannon Power Sports in Cannon Falls. Worth the drive! He has one of the best wrenches in the business!

You looking for a shop or a person on the side? You have the Hitchingpost off of concord, 61 Marine just north of Hastings st croix power and sport, warner outdoors for dealerships that are all close.

You have a leak? Or you can dump/replace all the fluids, new plug, air filter really easy in the garage with minimal tools.

No leaks that I could find when I was looking the machine over and driving it before or after purchase. I guess looking to have fluids changed and it to have a full once over before I take it out. It seems to run and start very easy and smooth and everything appears good, just a second set of eyes from a trusted trained mechanic....

I just called 61 marine a few days ago about changing all the fluids in a 05 Polaris 400 I recently purchased and they said it is $185 for the 400,don't know if a 700 would be the same or not.
