Gulls chase'n the shad around pushed up by the whites pretty much all over the lake in the morning. Didn't have much trouble get'n bit just following the gulls around but not much for size. Had our bast luck on white slabs but even caught a few on topwawter baits and anything else inbetween the top and bottom.
Sound like not much changed in the last week. Thanks for the report. I sure hope all those little guys stay healthy, should be a happening place in a few years.
Nope, didn't fish the dam. Did talk to one guy at the cleaning station with about a 6pound walleye he got below the dam. One lucky cast in the dead-pool and the fight was to pull it up the wall.
Thanks for the update. I'm thinking of heading down there this weekend regardless, or maybe headin up to Sherman. Thinking there might be some crappies up on the dam along with some other fish, so we'll see what the weekend brings.
