Anybody fishing pannies in Bay Point yet?

I was in Red Wing both Sunday and Monday. As I traveled thru town I swung past the landing/harbor area to see if people were fishing. There was quite a bit of boat activity in the harbor both days and all I saw fishing were a couple who were fishing off one of the barge mooring walls and they had not had much luck. Pretty early yet I think. The end of this month should begin to show some better fishing there.
