Not sure if they are close enough but White Bear Taxidermy has done some of the best work I have seen, and I have seen many. They have a website so you can see some of their work. Been in business for 37 years.
For Fish??? Scott Miller down in prescott. He work down below lee's taxidermy. Lees does dried mounts and I have not heard the best about him but Scott has some of the best skin mount forming and paint I have seen. Dont be afraid to go and look in his shop at some of the work. Pretty awesome stuff.
