New water I had never fished. Was way upstream at the headwater. The water was icy cold and very clear. The trout were very skidish.
Good sized brookie
We went out this morning and a little of early afternoon. Rich landed 25 on the girdle bug. He caught a mixture of browns and brooks. Biggest brown was 14ish and biggest brookie 12ish. Rich had one brown break him off that was about 18 i guess.

I batted clean up and caught 18. Mine were a mixture of browns and brookies. Biggest browns 17/16/16/15 inches. Biggest brookie 13ish.

Excellent work gentlemen! Rich is a great guy to hang out with, though I've never fished with him. Makes a mean flybox that I use more for icefishing than anything else. Check out Rose Creek flyboxes when you have a chance!!!
