I like 5hr energy-berry-flavor keeps me alert with no sugar shakes. But it puts my boss to sleep so try when not "needed" first.

No matter how much food I bring out its all gone by 10am. I have to limit myself cause I usually gain 5-6lbs. But m and m's,raisins, and cashews mixed up is good.

The snack pack from M&H in Hastings is a dream come true thank god I do not live close by to one of them! Used to be Snickers, PB&J sandwhich, and Dorittos in the zip lock but now......Turkey on Rye, apples, and maybe a mini snickers bar life sucks on a diet!

I'm also on stand all day, 2 mtn dews, 1 water, chocolate covered granola bars, and trail mix. Maybe some mini chocolate bars.

Surprised at all the suggestions of food items with a real 'unnatural' odor!

Dried fruit, carrot sticks and 1 cup granola.

As much as I can jam in my pack. Left the rattle bag in the truck last weekend 'cause I had no place for my snickers bars
