Decent service from Lowrance

I had a good service experience with Lowrance today. I have a 334C and have had some issues with it. I was really starting to get frustrated thinking I was going to have to spend almost almost $700 to get a comparable unit for a jon boat.

They offered me an out of warranty replacement with a 522C for about $200. I really liked the 334 when it worked, and have heard nothing but good things about the 522.

Good to hear! I had a similar expierence with them a few months ago on a LCX 27C. I had the new unit at my house 30 hours after the phone call.

Good to hear.Put two units in my boat this year,and just got a h2oc.All three with concern about service.No secret they have had issues.You can't suvive in this economy with that reputation.Hope it continues to improve.

Good to hear. Im thinking of buying a HDS10 along with
structure scan and wondered how their service is now.
Ive heard it wasn't great in the past. I was thinking about
a Humminbird but I think the screens are brighter on the
HDS10 systems and like the sirus WX feature aswell.
