I ended up hitting a gigantic bump on White Bear yesterday and my brothers Marcum flew up in the air and landed on the floor of the truck. When turning it on after that the apparatus that spins in the display is loose and making tons of noise. It only works if it is in a totally horizontal position now. Any suggestions on a repair shop in the metro?

Couldn't agree with you more! I have a transducer issue with mine but didn't know that til I took it up there. They looked at it, tested it all out, and told me what the problem was in no more than 10 minutes. Good luck and I hope it isn't too big of a dent on the wallet to fix.
