Yeah; that sure looks like a Sea Lion. I've had that happen fishing out of San Diego. The Sea Lion's follow the charter boats around stealing hooked fish. It's very iritating as they are protected, so you can't do anything to prevent it. Our Charter Captain would try to run to a new spot to get away from them, but they could swim as fast as the boat, and would just follow.....
