Because Mr. Jobs has opted to not support the use of FLASH on many Apple products.

Here's a link on how to get around that: http://www.slashgear.com/ripcode-allows-ipad-to-play-flash-video-1381485/

Another great show nothing like nice eater walleye thru the ice . I do have a question. I noticed you keep your bait in your pockets for tipping your jigs. Are you using fresh minnows from the bait shop or the store bought type that come in a jar or package? What typically works best just the head or half a minnow? Thanks !!

That Lakemaster Elite software looks like a great tool just another toy I'll have to add to the list. I still have other things I need to get first.

Another instant classic James and Joel

That looked like a great adventure

I hoped it would be on FSN again today so I could watch it on the big screen

Seems like everyone gives me a hard time about how I "store" my minnows. I'm using live minnows, usually fatheads, from the baitshop. I grab a handful and shake off the excess water and stick them in the front pocket of my hooded sweatshirt. I know... not all that appealing but it works for me. The only time I think about changing is when I forget a couple and the wife finds little mummified minnows in the dryer. But I'm getting a LOT better about that.

As for how I tip those minnows typically I'm using closer to half a minnow than just the head but will do so if the bite is finicky and the fish want a smaller profile bait. As a rule I start with 1/3 - 1/2 a fathead and will adjust accordingly based on what the fish are telling we by the way they react to the baits.

Hope this helps.

Not giving you a hard time I was just curious although it's a unique habit . I usually use half a minnow and rarely just the head it's a habit I'm trying to break myself .

What took so long? That's one big lake... lots of ice to cover! But we will be back. Next trip is scheduled for the end of next week and another mid-March.

You could say we had a good time.

I honestly don't know. I'm trying to recall if I've EVER used stinkbait and I don't think I have. So it will remain a mystery. At least until BK convinces me we need to go catch some channel cats.

James, don't get too bent outta shape about keeping minnows in your hoody, I do that too. The thing I get the most comments on is the way in which I choose to remove the heads from my minnows. I found out one day when my hands were too cold to actually crimp the head off, that your teeth work well. So, that's what I do now. Believe me, it the girlfriend knew, I'd probably be single.
